  • Baby corn 1 cup –
  • Maida : 1/2 cup –
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Black pepper : 1 tsp –
  • Oil to deep fry –
  1. Cut the baby corn in four pieces
  2. in a bowl add maida, corn flour and salt and mix it
  3. dust the baby corn with the flour
  4. with the remaining batter add pepper, and water make as a batter
  5. dip the baby corn one by one
  6. heat the oil and fry it
  7. Fry until it becomes golden and crispy
  8. serve hot with ketch up
