Instructions
  1. For preparing fried brinjals, take a bowl and mix in corn flour, gram flour, curry leaves, chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder with required water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Dip the brinjals in the batter and deep fry it in oil till brown in colour.
  4. Fried brinjals are ready. Serve hot.
