Ingredients
  • Rice flour or puttu podi – 1 1/2cups
  • Flour(maida) – 1/2cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Black seed – 1/2tsp
  • Oil(for deep frying) –
  • Water 1 1/2cup
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onion in it for 1 minute
  2. Add ginger garluc paste and saute it again for 2 minute
  3. Add water,salt and black seed.bring it to boil.once it starts boiling add flour into it.mix it well with a spoon.turn off the flame
  4. Make a soft dough out of it.the dough should be soft but should not be watery
  5. Take some portion,make ball and flatten it
  6. Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the both sides until light brown color
  7. Fried ginger garlic pathiri is ready now.serve this with non-veg curry or with kuruma
