Instructions
  1. For preparing fried masala chicken, clean chicken pieces, wash well and drain. Keep it aside.
  2. Grind tomato and onion into a fine paste.
  3. Take a bowl, add onion-tomato paste, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
  4. Mix to make a thick paste. Add a little water if required.
  5. Marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. Then heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry both the sides of the chicken pieces till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Once it is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it in a plate layered with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Fried masala chicken is ready. Serve hot.
