Instructions
  1. For preparing fruit mash, clean and cut apple, watermelon and pears.
  2. Heat a little water in a vessel. Add in the apple and pears.
  3. Once it is soft remove and allow it to cool.
  4. Blend watermelon, cooked apple and cooked pears till smooth. Transfer into a bowl(sugar can be added if required).
  5. Fruit mash, apt as a nutritional baby food, is ready. Feed the baby immediately.
  6. Note: 1.It¦s better to avoid sugar.
  7. Remove the skin of the fruits as it may not digest.
