Instructions
  1. For preparing garlic bhature, swift wheat flour and maida together. Put it in a bowl.
  2. Add in rava, oil, grated garlic and salt. Knead the dough with required water.
  3. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Knead the dough again and make small balls out of it.
  5. Flatten a ball and roll it with a rolling pin. It should be rolled bigger than a chapatti.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the garlic bhature.
  7. Cook both the sides till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  8. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
  9. Garlic bhature is ready. Serve hot with chana chole, butter chicken, etc.
