  1. In a blender add red chilli, garlic, salt,sugar, and squeeze the lemon
  2. make a fine paste
  3. In a pan heat the oil and saute the onion
  4. add the chili paste and allow to cook until the raw smell comes out. if required add 1/2 glass of water
  5. add mushroom, mix it and allow to cook for 10 mins
  6. allow to cook until the water get dry.
  7. Now garlic chilli mushroom is ready, serve with chapati, roti
