  • Fish fillets - 250 g
  • Garlic paste(grated) - 17 cloves
  • Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Celery(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing garlic fish, heat a pan with butter and olive oil. Fry in the garlic paste and onions till light brown.
  2. Add in fish sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and pepper powder. Mix well for some time.
  3. Then add in the fish fillets. Allow it to cook until done in low flame.
  4. Mean while pour a little water into a bowl of corn flour. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  5. Add it in the fish fillets and mix well(do not allow it to boil).
  6. Garnish with celery and mix well.
  7. Garlic fish is ready. Serve hot.
