North Indian Breakfast –
Maida : 100 gm –
: 1 tsp –
: 5 (grinding) + 2 for topping –
Curd : 1 tsp –
: few –
Butter : as needed –
In a bowl add the maida.
Mix the grounded
Add curd as well to make a dough.
Finally add the chopped
Wrap it in wet cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.
Then roll them into chappathis.
Directly put them on the heat till it rises.
Then put it on pan and apply butter and cook on both sides.
When both sides are done, apply little butter and the chopped
and wait till gets little roasted.
Serve hot with any sabzi.
