  1. For preparing ginger bread, boil milk and salt.
  2. Remove it from the heat and add in honey. Let it cool.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
  4. Grease a bread tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.
  5. Crush cinnamon, cloves, aniseeds and coriander seeds.
  6. In a bowl, add in maida, crushed spices, baking powder and ginger. Mix well.
  7. Pour in the milk mixture and knead it to make a smooth dough.
  8. Put it into the tin and bake it for 1 hour in the oven.
  9. Allow the ginger bread to cool on the rack and then remove it from the tin.
  10. Ginger bread is ready.
