  1. Peel the ginger root and cut into small pieces.
  2. Bring water to a boil, add ginger and allow it to boil in low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Pour the boiled water in a glass and strain the ginger.
  4. Add some honey.
  5. Drink it hot.
