  • Onion(chopped, big) - 1 no
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
  • garlic - 7 cloves
  • Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing special fish fry, blend cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the fish fillets in this masala for 1 hour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets on both the sides.
  5. Special fish fry is ready. Serve hot.
