  • Goat’s head(cleaned and chopped)) – 200g
  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) – 2nos
  • Cauliflower(cut into florets) – 1cup
  • Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) – 1no
  • Onion(finely cubed) – 1no
  • Basmati rice – 100g
  • Coconut milk powder – 2tbsp
  • Chicken soup cube – 1no
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) –
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing goat¦s head with veggie soup, cook the potatoes and cauliflower in a vessel with salt water. Drain it and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a vessel, add onion, carrot and rice. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  3. Pour in 5 cups of water with goat¦s head and soup cube. Allow it to cook and add more water if required.
  4. In a bowl mix in coconut milk powder with water avoiding lumps. Pour it into the cooked soup with pepper powder.
  5. Then add in the cooked cauliflower and potatoes. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Goat¦s head with veggie soup is ready. Serve hot.
