  • Cauliflower – 1no
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil for frying –
  • Onion(big) – 1no
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing) –
  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  3. Add turmeric, chilly powder & salt.
  4. Fry for half a minute on a low flame.
  5. Add caulflower and fry for another half a minute.
  6. Add some water to it so that the gobi gets cooked.
  7. Garnish it with fried onions & coriander leaves.
  8. :- To make it more spicy, you can add fried green chillies.
