Amla dipped in spicy and healthy masalas

  • Amla: 10 fresh –
  • Broken red chilli: 2 – 3
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp –
  • Ajwain: 1 tsp –
  • Salt to taste: 2 tsp –
  1. Wash and prick amla’s all over with a fork. Put this amla into a bottle.
  2. Add broken red chillies, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain and add lukewarm water.
  3. All amlas must dip into the water.This amla get all masalas taste, ajwain, chilli, salt and turmeric.
  4. Keep this amla in the sunlight every day for 1 week and serve. Even children also like to eat this amla. It can be kept for 1 month.

we can add coriander seeds instead of ajwain.
