Instructions
  1. For preparing green gram fougath, heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add in the curry leaves.
  3. Then add in the sprouted green gram, turmeric powder, onion, water, green chillies, salt and grated coconut. Mix well, add little water and half cook it on low flame with the lid.
  4. Green gram fougath is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
  5. Note: 1)Half cooked grams are very good for health.
