Instructions
  1. For preparing green chicken fry, powder together coriander seeds, pepper powder, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and salt in a blender.
  2. Then add in garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander leaves and blend to a fine paste. Add water if required.
  3. Marinate the chicken with this paste for 2 hours. Keep it in the fridge.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry it in low flame till it is cooked well.
  5. Green masala chicken fry is ready. Serve hot.
