  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan or kadai.
  2. Add garlic-ginger paste.
  3. When a good aroma comes, add sliced onion and green chillies.
  4. Saute till they change colour.
  5. Add tomato into it.
  6. Add all the powders and stir well for 1 min.
  7. Add the green peas and add 1 cup of water and leave it for boiling.
  8. when the gravy becomes thicker, switch off the stove.
  9. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and splutter the mustard seeds and curry leaves and add this to the curry.
  10. Garnish the curry with chopped coriander leaves.
  11. :- Serve with chappathi, vellayappam and puttu.
