  1. grind peas,ginger,garlic,salt,coriander and green chillies
  2. in ghee saute jeera
  3. add the ground paste and stir slowly untill the moisture evaporates
  4. spread a dough and keep the mixture in middle
  5. fold all sides
  6. cook both sides and serve
