Instructions
  1. For preparing green peas subzi, cook the green peas in salt water and turmeric powder. Strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. Add in onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till transparent.
  4. Toss in the cooked green peas, tomatoes and chilly powder. Allow it to cook 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Green peas subzi is ready. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or chapatti.
