  • King Fish(sliced, Neymeen) – 1/2kg
  • Garlic paste – 1/2tsp
  • Red onions(chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Tomato(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Green pepper(mashed) – 1 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 1/2tsp
  • Green chilies(slit) – 2nos
  • Chilly sauce – 1tsp
  • Corn flour – 1tsp
  • Agino moto – 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Curry leaves 3springs
  • Oil(for frying) –
  • Water 1/2cup
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing green pepper fish, marinate the fish pieces in turmeric powder, pepper powder, garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  3. In another vessel, heat 2 tbsp of oil and sautT the red onions.
  4. Add in tomato and green chillies. SautT it again.
  5. Then add in green pepper, chilly sauce and agino moto.
  6. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and pour it to the above mixture.
  7. Toss in the fried fish, salt and curry leaves. Mix well.
  8. Green pepper fish is ready. Serve hot.
