Instructions
  1. For preparing grilled spanish omelet, half cook the potatoes in salt water and drain it.
  2. Whisk eggs till they leave a trail.
  3. Add milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper powder and red pepper. Whisk it well.
  4. Melt butter in a dish, add in the tomatoes and potatoes. Cook it for about 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and allow the eggs to set.
  6. When it sets, put the egg mixture in the grill with burner on low. As soon as the top is brown, slide it onto a serving dish.
  7. Grilled spanish omelet is ready. Serve hot.
