Ingredients
  • Hazelnuts – 1/4lb
  • Milk
  • Sugar 1/4cup
  • Eggs – 3nos
Instructions
  1. Boil 1/4 pounds shelled hazelnuts (1 quart) in water to cover for 1/2 an hour. Drain.
  2. Blend nuts in electric blender, one cup at a time with a generous 1/2 cup milk each time, to a smooth paste.
  3. :- Use a total of 2/4 cups milk.
  4. Blend in electric blender 1/2 cup boiling water, 1/4 cup sugar and 3 egg yolks.
  5. Pour into 2 ice-cube trays and freeze.
  6. :- This makes a soft ice cream.
