Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy beetroot dosa, take a bowl and mix in grated beetroot, onion, green chillies, cashew nuts, baking powder, curry leaves, egg, salt and maida with required water. It should be a lump free batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.
  3. Put a few drops of oil on top. Fry on medium flame till the dosa is completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  4. Repeat it with remaining batter.
  5. Healthy beetroot dosa`s are ready. Serve hot.
