Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy cabbage parathas, sieve the flour in a bowl.
  2. In the same bowl add ghee and mix well. Make a soft dough using enough water mixed with salt.
  3. Knead the dough well for 5 minutes and divide the dough into equal balls. Keep it aside.
  4. Wash and drain out the water well from the cabbage and put it in a bowl.
  5. In the same bowl add paneer, coriander leaves, garam masala, green chillies and salt and mix well. Keep this stuffing aside.
  6. Roll out each ball of the dough into a circle like chapatti.
  7. Spread a little stuffing on one of the chapatti and cover it with another chappati. Press the sides well so they stick together well.
  8. Take a tava and fry the paratha`s using a little ghee on both sides.
  9. Repeat the procedure with the remaining mixture and dough. 10)Healthy cabbage paratha`s are ready. Serve hot.
