Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy garlic soup, sautT garlic in oil for some time. Then blend it to a fine paste.
  2. Cook potato in salt water till done. Keep it aside.
  3. SautT parsley, small onions, spring onions, garlic paste and pepper powder.
  4. Add in the cooked potato with the broth. Allow it to boil.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer.
  6. Healthy garlic soup is ready. Serve hot with grated cheese.
