  • Gooseberries(de-seeded and chopped) – 2nos
  • Mint leaves 1cup
  • Lime juice – 1/2lime
  • Sugar(As reqd) –
  • Cold water 4cups
  1. For preparing healthy gooseberry-mint juice, blend together gooseberries, sugar, lime juice and mint leaves along with cold water.
  2. Strain it into a glass.
