  1. For preparing healthy green gram dosa, take a pressure cooker and cook the green gram in turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt and required water. Drain the water.
  2. Smash the green gram with the back of the fork and keep it aside.
  3. Grind the split bengal gram, raw rice and cooked rice to a fine paste adding required water to make a dosa batter consistency. Pour it into a bowl.
  4. Mix in the smashed green gram and green chillies avoiding lumps. Add water and salt if required.
  5. Heat a little oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Pour this into the batter.
  6. Heat a dosa frying pan and spread a tea spoon of oil. Pour in a ladle full of the green gram batter on the frying pan and spread it in circles.
  7. Drizzle oil on the edges of the dosa. Turn the dosa and cook on the other side.
  8. Healthy green gram dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
