  • Shallots/small onions(chopped, Kunjulli) - 1 tbsp
  • Red chllies(slit) - 4 nos
  • Beans(chopped) - 5 nos
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Fish sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 lime
  • Peanuts(powdered and roasted) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy green papaya salad, grind garlic, shallots, red chillies and salt to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add in the beans, tomatoes, fish sauce, powdered peanuts, sugar, olive oil, papaya, lime juice and the ground mixture. Mix well.
  3. Healthy green papaya salad is ready.
