  • Fresh mushrooms(chopped) - 250 g
  • Wild mushrooms - 20 g
  • Onions(finely chopped) - 40 g
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Chicken stock - 300 ml
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 10 g
  • Apple juice - 30 ml
  • Black Pepper Powder(A pinch) -
  • Salted butter(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy mushroom soup, soak the wild mushrooms in enough water for 20 minutes and then chop it.
  2. Heat a little butter in a pan. SautT the onions for 3 minutes.
  3. Toss in the fresh mushrooms and the soaked wild mushrooms. Allow it to cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Then stir in the maida and mix well.
  5. Add in the apple juice and chicken stock. Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Blend the soup in a blender.
  7. Put the cream in and re-heat the soup in a vessel carefully.
  8. Sprinkle pepper powder and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
  9. Healthy mushroom soup is ready. Serve hot with a little whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of pepper powder.
