  • Pork(finely sliced) - 300 g
  • Broccoli(remove the stock and chopped) - 200 g
  • Dalda - 50 g
  • Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
  • Basmati rice - 200 g
  • Corn flour - 25 g
  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Pork stock - 600 ml
  • Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) - 3 tbsp
  • Corn Kernels - 50 g
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy pork and broccoli soup, cook the broccoli in a vessel with salt water. Drain it and then dip it in cold water. Drain it and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the dalda in a vessel, add onion, carrot, rice and pork. Allow it to cook in salt water.
  3. In another pan mix in corn flour, milk and pork stock. Allow it to simmer, mixing it continuously until done.
  4. Then add in the broccoli, corn and pepper. Allow it to simmer till the rice is cooked.
  5. Healthy pork and broccoli soup is ready. Serve hot.
