  • Prawns(de-veined, cleaned, cooked and chopped) - 300 g
  • Brown rice(cooked) - 350 g
  • Soya beans - 200 g
  • Salad cucumber(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Lime juice - 1 1/2 lime
  • Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 8 leaves
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy prawn salad, cook the soya beans in the pressure cooker. Drain it and put it in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the rice, celery, lime juice, mint leaves and prawns. Mix well.
  3. Add in soy sauce and pepper. Toss it well.
  4. Healthy prawn salad is ready.
