Ingredients
  • Rice flour – 1tbsp
  • Egg 1no
  • Carrot(grated) – 1/4cup
  • Cauliflower(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Beans(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Cabbage(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Onion(chopped) – 1/4cup
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) – 3nos
  • garlic(finely chopped) – 1/2tsp
  • Coconut(grated) – 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy vada, steam carrot, cauliflower, beans and cabbage till they are cooked.
  2. Knead onion, green chllies and garlic.
  3. Add in the steam cooked veggies and egg. Knead it well.
  4. Add in coconut, salt, coriander leaves, rice flour and required water. Mix it well.
  5. Make small patties out of the mixture and fry it in hot oil.
  6. Healthy vada`s are ready. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
