Felafel is a traditional Arab food.Felafel is a lebanese deep fried balls or patties made from white chickpeas. Felafel csn be served along with hummus and tahini sauce.

  1. Soak the chickpeas over night ,drain it and cook it until done.
  2. Mash the cooked chickpeas. Add all the other ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
  3. Form into small sized balls or patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,deep fry each balls and turn over the other side until brown colour.
  5. Tasty Felafel.is ready. Serve hot with pita bread or as a snack with some sauce.
