Its a dish using fish in chinese style

  1. Take the cleaned fish pieces in a plate and add cornflour, 1/2 tsp of soyasauce,1/2 tsp of chilli sauce, salt, pepper powder.
  2. Mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat a pan and add oil ,when its hot add the fish pieces to it.
  4. When its fried
  5. Take it out and keep in a plate or casserole
  6. Heat another pan, add oil and when its hot
  7. Then add ginger ,garlic and green chilly
  8. Saute it well and then add onion
  9. Stir for 2 minutes and then tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of chilly sauce.
  10. stir well and add the fried fish to it.
  11. Then add capsicum and stir well. Then turn off the flame
  12. Our dish is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes

Soya sauce itself have some salt in it so we should add salt to the fish carefully. For this dish use fish that have nice flesh like cat fish, king fish , tuna fish etc
