Instructions
  1. For preparing horse grams with vinegar, drain the horse grams and allow it to cook in a pressure cooker with required salt water.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan and saute the cumin seeds until they splutter.
  3. Saute in curry leaves, onions, salt, green chillies, garlic and ginger .
  4. Sprinkle in garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt. Saute it for some time.
  5. Toss in the tomatoes and allow it to cook on low flame.
  6. Toss in the cooked horse grams, vinegar and grated coconut. Allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
  7. Garnish with the coriander leaves and put off the flame.
  8. Horse grams with vinegar is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, etc.
