Instructions
  1. First heat coconut oil in a vessel.
  2. Saute in the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.
  3. Fry in the onion till it becomes light brown in colour.
  4. Add in the curry leaves, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Pour in the cocum pieces and required water and allow it to boil for 1 minute.
  6. Toss in the Mackerel fish and allow it to cook.
  7. Hotel fish curry is ready. Serve hot.
