  1. For preparing irish potato scones, first cook the potatoes and skin them.
  2. Mash them well and mix with maida flour and required salt.
  3. Roll out into 1/4″ thick rounds.
  4. Grease a griddle and cook the rounds on both sides until golden in color.
  5. Irish potato scones are ready and serve hot.
