  • Tuna(tin with oil) - 150 g
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Mushrooms(sliced) - 200 g
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 25 g
  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 300 g
  • Dried basil leaves - 2 tsp
  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper(As reqd) -
  • Spaghetti - 200 g
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) - 4 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing italian tuna with spaghetti, fry onion in a little of the tuna oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the maida for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the tomatoes and allow it to cook on medium heat, stirring continuously.
  5. Then add in the basil leaves, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and flaked tuna. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti and strain the water.
  7. Serve the cooked spaghetti in a plate and pour the tuna sauce over it.
  8. Italian tuna with spaghetti is ready. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it and serve immediately.
