Instructions
  1. For preparing jaggery dosa, soak raw rice, beaten rice and fenugreek seeds together in water for one hour.
  2. Grind the soaked raw rice, beaten rice and fenugreek seeds with jaggery, grated coconut and required water to a fine paste. Put the paste in a bowl.
  3. Into the batter add in salt and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  4. Heat a dosa frying pan, pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape. Allow it to cook on low flame on both the sides. Drizzle a little oil on the dosa.
  5. Jaggery dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with ghee or butter.
