  • Vinegar - 1 1/2 cups

Instructions
  1. For preparing jat-paat small onion pickle, in a jar add in the shallots, vinegar, chilly powder, eastern pickle masala and salt. Mix it well.
  2. Allow the masala to soak in well.
  3. Jat-paat small onion pickle is ready. Use after a week.
