  • Ginger(chopped to small pieces) -
  • Red onion(chopped to small pieces) - 2 nos
  • Green chilly(chopped to small pieces) - 5 nos
  • Coriander leaves(chopped finely) - 3 springs
  • Curry leaf(chopped finely) - 3 sprigs
  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Meat masala - 3 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Eggs(beaten) - 3 nos
  • Bread crumbs - 6 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing the snack, first cook potatoes in a preassure cooker until it becomes soft.After sometime take the potatoes out, peel and smash it.
  2. Slice beef into small pieces. Then wash and drain the water out.
  3. Take a preassure cooker and put the beef into it.Add required salt and 1 tbsp meat masala. Allow it to cook until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the cooked beef and allow it to cool. Then grind it.
  5. Take a deep frying pan and fry onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
  6. Once it is fried, add 2 tbsp meat masala and saute it.
  7. Add the ground beef, smashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Mix well.Allow it to cool.
  8. Then take the eggs in a bowl and mix well.
  9. Take the beef mixture, make medium sized balls and using the palm make oval shaped cutlets.
  10. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the balls in egg and then bread crumbs. Deep fry to a golden brown color.
  11. Delicious cutlets are ready. Serve with ketchup.
