  1. Grind together the grated coconut and the green chillies.
  2. Cook yam and bananas in buttermilk with turmeric powder till soft.
  3. Add salt, ground paste and cook for few minutes.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and stir fry.
  5. Add the buttermilk mixture to this, along with the black pepper and fenugreek powder.
