Instructions
  1. For preparing kerala prawn fry, marinate the prawns in a mixture of 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and little water for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns on low flame for 1 minute. Remove the half cooked prawns from the flame.
  3. In the same oil, splutter mustard seeds.
  4. Add in curry leaves, remaining turmeric powder, chilly powder and the half cooked prawns. Cover and allow it to cook on low flame till done. Remove it from the flame.
  5. Garnish with lime juice and coriander leaves.
  6. Kerala fried prawns are ready. Serve hot.
