Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Grind together jeerakam, coconut and garlic with a little water. Keep aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add washed basmati rice, ground jeerakam and coconut paste.
  3. Pour water as required and salt into it.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. :- Do not let the pressure cooker to whistle.
  6. Keep out of flame for another 5 minutes.
  7. Mix well before use.
  8. :- Serve hot.
