  1. For preparing quail fry recipe, first mix together the ingredients for marinade: chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, garlic and required salt.
  2. Apply the marinade on the washed and drained quails.
  3. Marinate quails for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and dip in curry sprigs. Place the marinated quails on top and deep fry to a golden brown color.
