  1. For preparing kerala kappa thoran, first cook the tapioca and keep aside.
  2. Roughly grind onion, garlic and dry red chillies and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add the ground onion paste and fry it with required salt.
  4. Now add tapioca pieces and coat well.
  5. Finally add coconut grated into it.
  6. Mix well. Kerala kappa thoran is ready.
