  1. For preparing Kerala Mixed Vegetable Curry, first grind all the masala ingredients to a fine paste.
  2. Cook vegetables.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Saute the masala paste.
  5. Add tomato puree, salt and cooked vegetables and cook again for 2 mins.
  6. :- Don`t let it boil after adding coconut milk. If you want to avoid coconut milk, you can use water to make gravy.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves, cashew nuts and raisins.
  8. :- Serve hot with Chapathi, Roti or Naan.
