Spicy chicken cooked with pepper & onions

  1. Marinate the chicken with crushed pepper, garlic-ginger paste, turmeric powder and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Pressure cook the marinated chicken for 1 whistle.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  4. Saute the onions, curry leaves, garlic pods and a pinch of turmeric, till the onions turn light brown.
  5. Add tomatoes & saute till oil separates.
  6. Add the chicken and cook on low flame, till the gravy is dry.
  7. :- Serve hot with rice, pulao or chappathis.
