Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breast – 1lb
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 1cup
  • Corn flour – 2tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tsp) –
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Yoghurt – 5tbsp
  • Oil(for deep frying) –
Instructions
  1. Clean the boneless chicken and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the All purpose flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilly and coriander powder, soy sauce, salt and yoghurt to make a paste.
  3. :- Add water if required.
  4. Keep in a refrigerator to get marinated for 2 – 3 hours.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the chicken pieces.
  6. Drain the excess oil in a paper towel.
  7. :- Serve hot.
